During this stressful day and age most of us will at one time or another contemplate the option of seeking professional counseling services for issues that feel overwhelming and unmanageable. I have worked as a mental health professional in our local community for 26 plus years with adults, children, families, and couples on a wide variety of issues.  My current area of training and specialization is in working with adults with Integrative approaches in my healing work.  I hold a unique certification as a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider.
